雄黄在疫病防治中的应用与展望 被引量:5

Application and prospect of Realgar(Xionghuang)in infectious disease

摘要 流感及目前仍在流行的新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医疫病范畴,中医防控疫病历史悠久、方法多样,雄黄是古代预防疫病最常用的药物。文章通过进一步分析古今文献,对雄黄的临床应用范围、毒性认识以及在疫病中的使用情况等进行系统梳理。雄黄在古代疫病防治中应用广泛,在现代也显示出一定潜力,有希望作为传染病防治的矿物药代表进行再次研发。且雄黄防治疫病使用方法多样,可丰富传染病防控方法与剂型。希望在未来可作为安全、有效的药物为防治疫病提供更多选择与保障。 Influenza and the currently prevalent Corona Virus Disease 2019 belong to the category of infectious disease in traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of preventing and controlling epidemics and has various methods. Realgar(Xionghuang) was the most commonly used drug for preventing epidemics in ancient times. By further analyzing ancient and modern literature, this paper systematically sorts out the clinical application range of Realgar, understanding of toxicity and use in infectious diseases. Realgar was widely used in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in ancient times,and it also shows certain potential in modern times. In addition, Realgar can be used in various ways to prevent and control diseases,which can enrich the methods and formulations of infectious disease prevention and control. It is hoped that in the future, it can be used as a safe and effective drug to provide more choices and guarantees for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
