电机磁石粘接用单组分环氧胶存储稳定性分析 被引量:2

摘要 选择不同的环氧树脂、增粘剂、固化剂、填料,研究分析对电机胶粘度、凝胶时间、剪切强度和存储稳定性的影响;通过自制络合物固化剂和不同规格原材料的搭配,寻找最优方案,通过对比分析,环氧树脂选择双酚F环氧配合双酚A环氧,增韧剂选择B564和MX154搭配,固化剂选择双氰胺和络合物S2搭配,制备的电机磁石粘接环氧胶,室温贮存稳定,中温固化速度快,剪切强度和黏度适中,效果最佳,解决了现有产品无法同时兼顾室温储存稳定和中温固化效果的问题。 By choosing different epoxy resin,tackifier,hardener,filler,research and analysis of the motor viscosity,gel time,shear strength and storage stability were conducted;Through the match between self-made complex curing agent and raw materials of different sizes,optimal scheme was searched;Through comparison and analysis,bisphenol F epoxy and bisphenol A epoxy are selected as epoxy resins,B564 and mx154 are selected as toughening agents,and dicyandiamide and complex S2 are selected as curing agents.The prepared motor magnet bonded epoxy adhesive has stable storage at room temperature,fast curing speed at medium temperature,moderate shear strength and viscosity,and the best effect.It solves the problem that the existing products can not take into account the stability of room temperature storage and the effect of medium temperature curing at the same time.
