摘要
针对机械作业时机械结构对芝麻籽粒的损伤问题,在相同含水率下,对两种芝麻品种进行了不同方向的剪切试验,得到剪切力-位移曲线。结果表明:芝麻籽粒平纵切剪切破碎负载在2.96~4.33N区间,平横切剪切破碎负载在0.89~2.96N区间,侧切剪切破碎负载在0.50~1.42N区间。芝麻籽粒受剪具有各向异性,芝麻品种对芝麻籽粒的剪切破碎负载影响不显著。试验结果可为芝麻的播种机械及加工机械的设计与优化提供数据参考。
Aiming at the damage of mechanical structure on sesame seeds during mechanical operation,the shear tests of two sesame varieties in different directions were carried out under the same moisture content,and the shears force-displacement curves were obtained.The results showed that the horizontal and vertical shear crushing load of sesame seeds was 2.96-4.33N,the horizontal and horizontal shear crushing load was 0.89-2.96N,and the Lateral shear crushing load was 0.50-1.42N.The shear loading of sesame seeds was anisotropic,and sesame varieties had no significant effect on the shear crushing load of sesame seeds.The experimental results can provide data reference for the design and optimization of sesame seeding machinery and processing machinery.
