摘要
煤矿智能化建设是实现煤炭资源安全高效绿色开发的必由之路,也是我国煤炭工业高质量发展的战略任务.以尔林兔矿智能化综采工作面建设为例,因地制宜,因矿施策,对标内蒙古智能化建设评分办法,对采煤系统、支护系统、运输系统和综合保障系统进行了智能化建设设计,重点对采煤系统的建设方案进行阐述,最终实现了尔林兔矿工作面的安全、高效、绿色开采,该研究可为其他煤矿智能化综采工作面建设提供一定借鉴.
The intelligent construction of coal mine is not only the only way to realize the safe,efficient and green development of coal resources,but also the strategic task of the high-quality development of China's coal industry.Taking the construction of intelligent fully mechanized mining face in ErlinTu mine as an example,according to local conditions and mine implementation policies,the scoring method for intelligent construction in Inner Mongolia is compared,and the intelligent construction design of coal mining system,support system,transportation system and comprehensive support system is carried out,with emphasis on the construction scheme of coal mining system.Finally,the safe,efficient and green mining of ErlinTu mine working face is realized.This research can provide some reference for the construction of intelligent fully mechanized mining face in other coal mines.
