摘要
目的观察将整体护理应用于十二指肠溃疡患者所取得的干预效果。方法选取我院接诊的十二指肠溃疡患者92例为研究对象,时间为2018年4月至2019年4月。按照接诊顺序分为对照组与观察组患者,各46例。在相同治疗方案下,对照组给予常规化护理措施,观察组给予整体护理干预。分析不同护理措施取得的效果。结果与对照组的临床护理满意度相比较,观察组的临床护理满意度更高(78.26%vs.95.65%),P<0.05;与对照组的护理服务态度、诊区管理以及服务范围评分相比较,观察组各项评分均更高,P<0.05;与对照组的治疗依从性相比较,观察组治疗依从性更高,P<0.05;与对照组的生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能维度评分相比较,观察组各项评分均更高,P<0.05。结论将整体护理应用于十二指肠溃疡患者,可有效提高患者的临床护理质量及护理满意度,明显改善患者的生活质量,进而提高患者的治疗依从性。
Objective To observe the intervention effect of applying holistic nursing to patients with duodenal ulcer.Methods A total of 92 patients with duodenal ulcer admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as research samples.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 46 cases in each.Under the same treatment plan,the control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given overall nursing intervention.Analyze the effects of different nursing measures.Results Compared with the clinical nursing satisfaction of the control group,the clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher(78.26%vs.95.65%),P<0.05;In comparison,the scores of the observation group were higher,P<0.05;compared with the treatment compliance of the control group,the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher,P<0.05;Compared with the emotional function dimension scores,the observation group had higher scores in all aspects,P<0.05.Conclusion Applying holistic nursing to patients with duodenal ulcer can effectively improve the clinical nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and then improve the compliance of patients with treatment.
