摘要
随着科学发展和社会进步,实验动物福利越来越受到实验人员的重视。动物福利不仅影响实验动物的行为,也关系到动物实验结果的准确性。本文分别阐述了实验动物的觅食行为、领域行为、攻击行为、生殖行为、育幼行为、节律行为、社群行为、通讯行为与其相应的福利需求。分析了保障动物福利的基本要点以及环境条件和动物福利变化对实验动物行为的影响。本文从实验动物行为学的角度探讨动物福利问题,以期为动物福利保障提供参考。
With the development of science and social progress, laboratory animal welfare has become more and more attention in experimenter.Animal welfare not only affects the behavior of laboratory animals, but is also related with the accuracy of animal experiment.The article mainly expounds the behaviors of laboratory animals such as foraging behavior, territorial behavior, aggressive behavior, defensive behavior, reproductive behavior, nursing behavior, rhythm behavior, social behavior, communication behavior and corresponding welfare demand.And we analyze the essential points of guaranteeing animal welfare as well as impacting to the behavior of laboratory animals of environment change and animal welfare change.In this paper, we investigate the question of animal welfare from the behavior of laboratory animals point, hoping to provide some reference for the guarantee of animal welfare.
