摘要
为了验证灌芯装配式混凝土剪力墙墙身竖向钢筋搭接连接方法的可行性,按混凝土规范中的锚固长度作为钢筋搭接长度,设计制作了10个预制混凝土钢筋搭接连接试件,考虑钢筋直径和搭接长度的影响因素,对试件进行了单向拉伸试验.试验研究表明,钢筋伸入灌芯孔内的搭接长度为1.2倍的锚固长度时,钢筋的连接性能满足设计要求;这种连接方式可用于预制构件和现浇混凝土间的钢筋连接.
In order to verify the feasibility of the vertical rebar lap connection method of core grouted-prefabricated concrete shear walls body,10 precast concrete rebar lap connection test pieces were designed and manufactured according to the anchoring length in the concrete specification as the rebar lap length. Considering the influence factors of steel bar diameter and lap length,a uniaxial tensile test was carried out on the specimen. Experimental studies have shown that when the lap length of the steel bar extending into the grouting hole is 1. 2 times the anchoring length,the connection performance of the steel bar meets the design requirements;This connection method can be used for the steel bar connection between precast components and cast-in-situ concrete.
