摘要
目的:探究基于“宗筋主束骨而利机关”理论的中医手法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床效果。方法:选择2019年3月-2021年3月于九江市中医医院接受治疗的KOA患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。对照组行常规保守治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用基于“宗筋主束骨而利机关”理论的中医手法治疗,两组均治疗4周。对比两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、中文版膝关节损伤与骨关节炎评分(the knee injury and osteoarthritis score,KOOS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨性关节炎指数量表(Western Ontario and McMaster Universities arthritis index,WOMAC)评分。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分、KOOS、WOMAC评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后VAS评分、KOOS、WOMAC评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于“宗筋主束骨而利机关”理论的中医手法在KOA治疗中获得较好的临床效果,患者膝关节疼痛感得到有效缓解,减轻膝关节损伤,促进膝关节功能恢复,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine manipulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)based on the theory of“Zongjin Controls Bones and Lubricates Joints”.Method:A total of 60 patients with KOA who received treatment in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional conservative treatment,and the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine manipulation treatment based on the theory of“Zongjin Controls Bones and Lubricates Joints”on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome score(KOOS)and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities arthritis index(WOMAC)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:VAS scores,KOOS and WOMAC scores in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score,KOOS and WOMAC score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine manipulation based on the theory of“Zongjin Controls Bones and Lubricates Joints”has achieved good clinical effect in the treatment of KOA,which effectively alleviates the pain of knee joint,alleviates knee joint injury and promotes the recovery of knee joint function.It is worthy of popularization and application.
