摘要
新冠肺炎疫情暴发后,我国零售业历经了最为艰难的发展时期。疫情防控常态化背景下,零售企业既要坚持加强防控措施,又要坚持行业发展,正确认识行业危机与契机的辩证关系。从社会消费品零售总额、限额以上零售企业商品销售额、企业法人数量、就业人数、利润额等指标,分析了我国零售业发展存在的问题。结果表明:我国零售业面临供应链中断、消费者购买力不足、传统企业场景应用不匹配、地域和渠道分化明显等严峻挑战。针对挑战,零售业应该提高供应链弹性管理能力,采取多种途径建立与消费者的密切联系,大力发展区域经济。
After the spread of COVID-19, China’s retail industry has gone through the most difficult period of development. Under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, retail enterprises should not only adhere to the response to the epidemic situation, but also to the development of the industry, and they should correctly understand the dialectical relationship between industry crisis and opportunity. This paper analyzes the development status and problems of China’s retail industry from the indicators such as the total retail sales of social consumer goods, the commodity sales of retail enterprises above the quota, the number of enterprise legal persons, the number of employees and the amount of profits. It is found that there are severe challenges such as the interruption of supply chain, the lack of consumer purchasing power, the mismatch of traditional enterprise landscape application, and the obvious differentiation of regions and channels. In order to meet the above challenges, China’s retail industry should improve the flexible management ability of supply chain, establish close ties with consumers through various ways, and vigorously develop regional economy.
