摘要 [目的/意义]研究移动医疗情境下隐私悖论消解对隐私披露意愿及实际披露行为的影响机制,为医疗隐私信息的合理使用提供对策建议。[方法/过程]基于技术接受模型和D&M信息系统成功模型,研究移动医疗平台质量特征对主体感知及隐私关注的作用机制,并将信息敏感性作为调节变量,分析其对隐私悖论作用强度的影响,研究悖论消解作用下的隐私披露行为。针对问卷调查收集的436份有效问卷,运用结构方程模型进行实证研究。[结果/结论]场景化系统质量、专业化信息质量和个性化服务质量正向影响移动医疗的感知易用性和感知有用性;感知易用性正向影响感知有用性和隐私关注;感知有用性正向影响隐私关注和隐私披露意愿,并在感知易用性和隐私关注的关系中起部分中介作用;隐私关注正向影响隐私披露意愿和实际披露行为,并在感知有用性与披露意愿的关系中起部分中介作用;隐私披露意愿正向影响实际披露行为,并在隐私关注与披露行为的关系中起部分中介作用;信息敏感性在隐私关注与隐私披露意愿、隐私关注与实际披露行为、隐私披露意愿与实际披露行为的正向关系中均具有负向调节作用,表明信息敏感性可以影响隐私悖论的作用强度,并从悖论消解视角重新阐释了隐私披露行为。 [Purpose/significance]This paper studied the intention of privacy disclosure and actual disclosure behavior in the context of mobile health(mHealth)based on the resolution of privacy paradox,which is benefit for the management of personal health information.[Method/process]Based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model)and D&M(De Lone and McLean Model of IS Success)model,this paper first analyzed the impact of mHealth characteristics on subjective perception and privacy concern.Furthermore,information sensitivity is defined as a moderate variable to explore its impact on the intensity of privacy paradox.Then,we explored the privacy disclosure behavior based on the analysis of privacy paradox resolution.The empirical research is conducted to verify the theoretical model based on SEM(Structural Equation Modeling)analysis using 436 questionnaires.[Result/conclusion]The research results show that the contextual system quality,professional information quality,and personalized service quality have positively affect the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in mHealth context.Perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness and privacy concern.Perceived usefulness positively affects privacy concern and privacy disclosure intention,which also plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between perceived ease of use and privacy concern.Privacy concern positively affects privacy disclosure intention and actual disclosure behavior,and plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between perceived usefulness and privacy disclosure intention.Privacy disclosure intention positively affects actual disclosure behavior,and plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between privacy concern and actual disclosure behavior.Information sensitivity plays a negative moderating role in the positive relationship between privacy concern and privacy disclosure intention,privacy concern and actual disclosure behavior,privacy disclosure intention and actual disclosure behavior,which reinterprets the privacy disclosure behavior from the perspective of privacy paradox resolution.
