摘要
在益羊铁路实际运营中,存在运行机车、巡检班组、道口管理、现场施工之间信息彼此孤立的情况,有较大安全隐患。对我国铁路货运相关规章制度,以及高速铁路、城市轨道交通先进的行车安全解决方案进行分析,利用5G、北斗定位及大数据计算技术,按照“位置共享、防护闭环、人车交互”的思路,全面实时分析并计算机车、地面时空关系,研制开发多点智联运检安全预警系统,对机车运行开展精确预警。系统有效降低了行车安全风险,也为深入开展行车安全研究提供参考。
In the operation of Yiyang local railway,the information between operating locomotives,patrol inspection teams,level crossing management and on-site construction is isolated from each other,which poses great potential safety hazards.By analysing the relevant rules and regulations of railway freight in China,as well as the advanced traffic safety solutions for high-speed railways and urban rail transit,making use of 5G,Beidou positioning and big data computing technology,and in accordance with the idea of“location sharing,protection closed loop and humanvehicle interaction”,this paper comprehensively analyses and computes the spatial-temporal relationship between locomotives and ground in real time,and develops a operation and maintenance safety early warning system with multi-point smart connection,to carry out accurate early warning of locomotive operation.The system effectively reduces traffic safety risks and provides reference for further research on traffic safety.
