丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合比索洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及对患者NF-κB、GMP-140、TXB_(2)水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合比索洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及对患者核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、血小板颗粒膜蛋白140(GMP-140)、血栓素B_(2)(TXB_(2))水平的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2021年1月我院收治的110例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=55,比索洛尔治疗)和观察组(n=55,丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合比索洛尔治疗)。比较两组的临床疗效、血脂指标、细胞因子及血清相关因子水平。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的NF-κB、GMP-140、TXB_(2)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的不规则趋化因子(FKN)、血小板活化因子(PAF)及血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)均低于治疗前,微小RNA-126(miR-126)、微小RNA-335-5p(miR-335-5p)均高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合比索洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛,有助于提高治疗效果,促进患者血脂改善,也能降低NF-κB、GMP-140、TXB_(2)水平。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its influences on the levels of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB),platelet granule membrane protein 140(GMP-140) and thromboxane B_(2)(TXB_(2)).Methods A total of 110 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(n=55,bisoprolol treatment) and observation group(n=55,sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate combined with bisoprolol treatment) according to random number table method.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid indexes,cytokines and serum related factors levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) in both groups were lower than those before treatment,while high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) level was higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,NF-κB,GMP-140 and TXB_(2) levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fractalkine(FKN),platelet activating factor(PAF) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of microRNA-126(miR-126) and microRNA-335-5p(miR-335-5p) were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is helpful to improve the treatment effect,promote the improvement of blood lipids in patients,and also reduce the levels of NF-κB,GMP-140 and TXB_(2).
