多系统萎缩患者中医证候特点及其与血红蛋白结合α-突触核蛋白的相关性分析 被引量:5

Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes in Multiple System Atrophy and Its Correlation with the Level of Hemoglobin-bindingα-synuclein

摘要 目的探索多系统萎缩(MSA)患者中医证候特点及中医证候与红细胞中血红蛋白结合α-突触核蛋白(Hb-α-syn)含量的相关性。方法纳入MSA患者作为MSA组,另选取同时期性别分布及年龄情况匹配的健康体检者作为健康对照组,各149例。收集患者临床资料,并进行中医证候评分、统一多系统萎缩评定量表(UMSARS)评分,检测MSA组及健康对照组外周血红细胞Hb-α-syn含量。采用Spearman相关性分析探讨MSA组患者中医证候主证积分与发病年龄、病程、UMSARS评分的相关性,Hb-α-syn含量与MSA患者发病年龄、病程、UMSARS评分、中医证候积分的相关性。结果MSA组红细胞中Hb-α-syn含量平均为(194.01±58.27)μg/ml,健康对照组为(143.12±44.01)μg/ml,MSA组Hb-α-syn含量较健康对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。143例MSA组患者完成了中医证候信息采集,主证中肾虚证患者140例,其中肾气虚94例、肾阳虚33例、肾阴虚13例;兼证中痰湿证56例,瘀血证54例。140例肾虚主证患者中医证候积分平均(23.02±6.33)分,痰湿证平均(5.99±3.45)分,瘀血证平均(4.92±2.35)分。149例MSA患者UMSARS总分平均(43.95±16.71)分。MSA肾虚主证积分与病程、UMSARS总分正相关(P<0.01),Hb-α-syn含量与发病年龄、病程、UMSARS评分、中医证候积分均无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论MSA患者中医证候以肾气虚为主,红细胞中Hb-α-syn含量较健康人显著升高,但目前尚不能证实中医证候与Hb-α-syn含量具有相关性。 Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome characteristics of multiple system atrophy(MSA)and its correlation with the level of hemoglobin-bindingα-synuclein(Hb-α-syn)in erythrocytes.Methods The MSA patients were collected and set as the MSA group,and the healthy subjects matched with gender and age were selected as the control group,with 149 cases in each group.TCM syndrome score and the Unified Multiple System Atrophy Rating Scale(UMSARS)score were assessed,and the levels of Hb-α-syn in erythrocytes of the peripheral blood were detected.Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between the score of the main TCM syndrome and the age of onset,course of disease,and UMSARS score in MSA patients,as well as the correlation between Hb-α-syn level and the age of onset,course of disease,UMSARS score,and TCM syndrome score.Results The average level of Hb-α-syn in erythrocytes of MSA group was 194.01±58.27μg/ml,significantly higher than 143.12±44.01μg/ml of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The kidney qi deficiency syndrome is most commonly seen in MSA patients,and the level of Hb-α-syn in MSA patients is significantly higher than that of healthy people.However,the correlation between TCM syndromes and the Hb-α-syn level has not yet been determined.
