摘要
同层老空水是小煤柱沿空掘巷的安全隐患。为了合理设计钻孔探放老空水,本文以麻家梁矿14203-1小煤柱沿空巷道掘进期间探放水钻孔设计为对象进行研究,分析探明了水源主要来自于14204工作面采空区,为了高效、精准疏放采空区积水,分别在14205辅助运输顺槽和14203-1胶带运输顺槽施工放水钻孔。实践表明,合理的探放水钻孔设计有效排放了14204工作面采空区积水,共计疏放水量140 735 m^(3),有效避免了14203-1掘进工作面突水事故的发生,为掘进工作面安全高效施工提供了重要保障。
The old goaf water in the same layer is a potential safety hazard for excavation roadway along small coal pillar. In order to reasonably design the drilling hole for old goaf water exploration and drainage, this paper took the design of the drilling hole for water exploration and drainage during excavation roadway along No.14203-1 small coal pillar in Majialiang Mine as the research object. Firstly, it was analyzed that the water source was mainly from the goaf of No.14204 face. In order to efficiently and accurately drain the water accumulated in the goaf, the drainage drilling holes were respectively constructed in the auxiliary transport roadway of No.14205 face and the belt transport roadway of No.14203-1 face.Reasonable drilling hole design for water exploration and drainage effectively drained the goaf water in No.14204 face, a total quantity drainage of 140 735 m^(3), which effectively avoided the occurrence of water outburst accident in No.14203-1excavation face, and provided important guarantee for safe and efficient construction of excavation face.
