摘要
本文以广西武宣县五马拦江农业科技有限公司为研究对象,从社会资本运行角度探讨民族地区返乡青年创业实践,剖析创业过程中的资本需求及获取难题,分析各场域中的资本存量及运行策略。在此基础上,提出政府应从政策体系、资金支持、技术支持、市场推广、管理运营五方面助力民族地区返乡青年创业实践。
With Wuma Lanjiang Agricultural Technology Co.,Ltd.in Wuxuan County,Guangxi utilized as the research object,the paper discusses the entrepreneurial practice of the youths returning to their hometowns in ethnic areas from the perspective of the social capital operation,analyzes the capital demand and acquisition dilemma in the process of starting a business,and expounds the capital stock and operational tactics in various fields.Therefore,it is proposed that the government should help the youths start their own businesses in terms of policy system,financial support,technical assistance,market promotion,management and operation.
