摘要
以新疆和田地区的某病险水库为例,在概述水库运行基本情况的基础上提出帷幕灌浆防渗加固技术应用的可行性,对帷幕灌浆施工方案以及施工过程全面质量控制进行了分析探讨。结果表明,防渗加固是确保大坝结构安全稳定运行及水库功能正常发挥的关键性工程,帷幕灌浆是水库大坝基础防渗的常见手段,为保证施工质量,必须从施工方案设计,钻孔及冲孔、制浆及灌浆等施工环节出发,加强全过程质量控制。
Taking a dangerous reservoir located in the Hotan area of Xinjiang as an example,the feasibility of curtain grouting anti-seepage reinforcement technology is proposed on the basis of summarizing the basic operation situation of the reservoir,and the construction scheme of curtain groutingand total quality control of construction process are analyzed and discussed.The results show that the anti-seepage reinforcement is a key project to ensure the safe and stable operation of the dam structure and the normal function of the reservoir Curtain grouting is a common method to prevent seepage of reservoir dam foundation,In order to ensure the quality of construction,it is necessary to strengthen the quality control of thewhole process from the design of construction scheme,drillingand punching,pulpingandgrouting.
