摘要
目的:探讨叶酸片联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片对H型高血压的疗效。方法:筛选2018年1月-2020年12月上海市浦东新区老港社区卫生服务中心接收的80例H型高血压患者,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,观察组给予叶酸片联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗。对比两组治疗前后的舒张压、收缩压及同型半胱氨酸水平、二尖瓣舒张早期血流峰值与二尖瓣舒张早期血流峰值的比值、左室射血分数,对比两组疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组舒张压、收缩压及同型半胱氨酸水平均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压及同型半胱氨酸水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组E/A水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组左室射血分数升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组左室射血分数高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗效果比较,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率比较,两组不良反应包括头晕、下肢水肿、心悸发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:叶酸片联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平可提高对H型高血压的疗效,且应用安全。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of folic acid tablets combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets on H-type hypertension.Methods:A total of 80 patients with H-type hypertension received by Shanghai Pudong New Area Laogang Community Health Service Center from January 2018 to December 2020 were screened and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levamlodipine besylate tablets,and the observation group was treated with folic acid tablets combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets.The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,homocysteine level,ratio of peak early mitral diastolic blood flow to peak early mitral diastolic blood flow,and left ventricular ejection fraction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and homocysteine in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and homocysteine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in E/A levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups was increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the treatment effect,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups,including dizziness,lower extremity edema,and palpitations(P>0.05).Conclusion:Folic acid tablets combined with levamlodipine besylate tablets can improve the efficacy of H-type hypertension,and the application is safe.
