摘要
目的:探讨身体意象、自我效能感和状态焦虑对女性整形行为的影响,为整形患者心理护理提供理论指导。方法:采用多维自我体像关系调查问卷、状态焦虑量表和一般自我效能感量表,对149例女性整形患者(病例组)和149名未曾接受过整形的女性(对照组)进行调查。结果:病例组和对照组在身体意象、状态焦虑和自我效能感上差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);身体意象负向预测个体整形行为(OR=0.202,P=0.001);身体意象可以分别通过自我效能感和状态焦虑的中介作用间接影响个体的整形行为,中介效应值为-0.048和-0.054;也可以通过自我效能感和状态焦虑的链式中介作用间接影响个体的整形行为,中介效应值为-0.010。结论:身体意象通过自我效能感和状态焦虑的单独中介作用以及自我效能感和状态焦虑的链式中介作用三条路径影响女性个体的整形行为。
Aim:To explore the influence of body imagery,self-efficacy and state anxiety on female plastic surgery behavior,and to provide theoretical guidance for the psychological care of plastic surgery patients.Methods:A Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire,a State Anxiety Inventory and a General Self-Efficacy Scale were conducted for all participants.A total of 298 females were enrolled in the study,among whom,149 accepted plastic surgery and 149 had not undergone plastic surgery(control group).Results:There were significant differences in body image,state anxiety and self-efficacy between the two groups(P<0.001).Individual plastic behavior was negatively predicted by body imagery(OR=0.202,P=0.001).Body imagery could indirectly influence individuals′plastic behavior through the mediating effects of self-efficacy and state anxiety,respectively,with mediating effect values of-0.048 and-0.054.Individual plastic behavior could also be indirectly influenced by the chain mediation of self-efficacy and state anxiety,with a mediating effect value of-0.010.Conclusion:Body imagery influences individual plastic surgery behavior through three paths,the independent mediating of self-efficacy and state anxiety,and the chain mediation of self-efficacy and state anxiety.
