摘要
精神分裂症患者常合并认知功能障碍,影响患者的社会及家庭功能,而认知功能障碍也可进一步加重患者临床症状,影响治疗和预后。脂肪细胞因子与精神分裂症有关,可通过加重患者病情增加认知功能障碍的发生风险。脂联素、瘦素、白细胞介素等脂肪细胞因子可通过不同途径造成神经元损伤,影响精神分裂症病情转归。但由于脂肪细胞因子种类、作用机制复杂多样,临床应明确各细胞因子在精神分裂症中的作用机制,制订针对性治疗方案,从而降低认知功能障碍的发生风险。
Schizophrenia patients are often complicated with cognitive impairment,which affect their social and family function,and cognitive impairment can further aggravate the clinical symptoms of the patients,thus affecting the treatment and prognosis.Adipocytokines are related to schizophrenia,which can increase the risk of cognitive impairment by aggravating patients′condition.Adipocytokines such as adiponectin,leptin and interleukin can cause neuronal damage in different ways,and affect the prognosis of schizophrenia.However,due to the complex and diverse types and action mechanisms of adipocytokines,the clinical should clarify the mechanism of various cytokines in schizophrenia,and formulate targeted treatment plans,so as to reduce the risk of cognitive impairment.
