摘要
沙枣是我国水土保持和防风固沙的优良树种之一,其果实具有较高的药用和食用价值。然而,目前对沙枣木材的研究利用较少。为提高沙枣木材的利用率,对沙枣木的密度、干缩湿胀率、冲击强度、抗弯强度、抗压强度、硬度等物理力学性能进行测试分析,并对比研究了沙枣木材与其他家具用材在物理力学性能方面的差异。结果显示,沙枣木材密度较低,而冲击韧性和抗弯强度较高;与其他家具用材性能相比,沙枣木材的干缩湿胀率较高,说明沙枣木材的尺寸稳定性低于其他家具常用材,但其力学性能与其他家具常用材相当。所以,沙枣木可以作为原材料来制作中高档家具产品,这将为沙枣木在家居木制品中的拓展应用奠定基础。
Elaeagnus angustifoliaLinn.is one of fine tree species for water and soil conservation,wind prevention and sand fixation in China.Despite its fruit has high medicinal and edible value,there have less research on its wood applications.To improve the wood utilization of Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn.,its physical and mechanical properties in aspects of density,swelling and shrinkage,impact strength,flexural strength,compression strength,and hardness were tested in this study.The comparison with other common wood for furniture was analyzed simultaneously.The results show that the wood of Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn has low density and high impact strength and bending strength.The rate of swelling and shrinkage are higher than those of common wood for furniture,indicating that the dimensional stability of Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn.is lower.However,the comparable mechanical performance is obtained in the wood of Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn.Therefore,the Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn.can be used as the raw material to produce furniture products,which has the basic condition for the expanding application in furnishings products.
