摘要
目的探讨气道集束化干预模式对气管切开患者带管时间及并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2021年5月上饶市中医院行气管切开的80例患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,根据护理模式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者应用传统气道管理护理,观察组患者应用气道集束化干预。比较两组患者的恢复情况、护理满意度评分、治疗期间并发症总发生率。结果观察组患者的带管时间、住院时间均短于对照组,格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的基础护理、重症护理、护理态度及护理操作满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气道集束化干预模式可缩短患者带管时间、昏迷时间及住院时间,对并发症发生也有一定预防作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of airway cluster intervention model on tube indwelling time and the incidence of complications in patients undergoing tracheotomy.Methods This study retrospectively reviewed 80 patients who underwent tracheotomy in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shangrao City from March 2017 to May 2021.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing modes,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional airway management and nursing,while the observation group received airway cluster intervention.The recovery,nursing satisfaction score and total incidence of complications during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The tube indwelling time and hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of control group,and the Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of basic nursing,critical care,nursing attitude and nursing operation in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Airway cluster intervention model can shorten tube indwelling time,coma duration and hospital stay,and prevent complications in patients undergoing tracheotomy.
