摘要
目的探究耳穴治疗联合解毒散外敷治疗下肢丹毒患者的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年3月—2021年12月收治的下肢丹毒患者90例,以随机数字表法平分为两组。对照组给予青霉素联合硫酸镁常规治疗方式进行治疗,治疗组则采用青霉素联合解毒散外敷以及耳穴治疗的方式进行治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分以及炎性因子变化情况。结果临床疗效的比较,治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的中医证候积分与炎性因子水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中医证候各维度积分水平及总积分水平均降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的炎性因子水平在治疗后也明显降低,且治疗组水平更低(P<0.05)。结论耳穴治疗联合解毒散外敷能有效治疗下肢丹毒,促进临床症状消失,同时能降低机体炎性因子水平,缓解炎性反应,值得在临床上进一步推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of auricular point therapy combined with external application of Jiedu powder in the treatment of erysipelas in lower limbs.Methods 90 patients with erysipelas of lower limbs treated in our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was treated with penicillin combined with magnesium sulfate,while the treatment group was treated with penicillin combined with Jiedu powder and auricular point therapy.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the clinical curative effect,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the integral level of TCM syndromes in all dimensions and the total integral level decreased,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups also decreased significantly after treatment,and the level in the treatment group was even lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point therapy combined with external application of Jiedu Powder can effectively treat erysipelas of lower limbs,promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,and at the same time reduce the level of inflammatory factors and relieve inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of further promotion in clinic.
