摘要
目的:测定红花龙胆地上部分和地下部分挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析红花龙胆地上和地下部位挥发油的化学成分。结果:从红花龙胆地上部分鉴定出86个挥发性成分,包括醇类28个,醛类22个,酮类12个,烯烃类8个,酯类6个和烷烃类4个等。其主要成分为赤藓糖醇(10.95%),反-氧化芳樟醇(5.48%),芳樟醇(5.45%)和邻羟基苯甲酸甲酯(5.15%)等;从红花龙胆地下部分鉴定出58个挥发性成分,包括醇类19个,醛类13个,酮类10个,酯类5个,烯烃类4个和烷烃类2个等。主要成分为邻羟基苯甲酸甲酯(15.95),(S)-2,3-二羟基丙醛(14.91%),百秋李醇(6.82%)和安息香醛(5.22%)等。结论:红花龙胆地上及地下部分挥发性成分在化合物的数量、类型和主要成分上均存在一定差异,且与地下部分相比,地上部分含有更多的化学成分。
Objective:In this paper,the volatile components in aerial and underground parts of Gentiana rhodantha Franch.ex Hemsl were investigated.Methods:The volatile components were analyzed by GC-MS.Results:86volatile components were identified from the aerial part of Gentiana rhodantha Franch.ex Hemsl,including 28alcohols,22aldehydes,12ketones,8olefins,6esters and 4alkanes.The main components were Erythritol(10.95%),trans-Linalool oxide(5.48%),3,7-Dimethyl-1,6-octadien-3-ol(5.45%)and Methyl salicylate(5.15%).58volatile components were identified from the underground part of Gentiana rhodantha Franch.ex Hemsl,including 19alcohols,13aldehydes,10ketones,5esters,4olefins and 2alkanes.The main components were Methyl salicylate(15.95%),(S)-2,3-Dihydroxy-propanal(14.91%),Patchouli alcohol(6.82%)and Benzaldehyde(5.22%).Conclusion:There are some differences in the number,type and main components of volatile compounds in the aboveground and underground parts of Gentiana rhodantha Franch.ex Hemsl,and the aboveground part contains more chemical components than the underground part.
