摘要
目的:探究新生儿肺炎的心肌酶谱和血小板功能的变化,并分析其病情与心肌酶谱和血小板功能的相关性.方法:收集我院2018年10月~2021年9月收治的96例肺炎患儿的临床资料,根据患儿的病情发展情况将其分为重症组(45例)和轻症组(51例),比较两组新生儿的心肌酶谱及血小板功能相关指标,包括心肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血小板分布密度(PDW)、平均血小板容积(MPV)、血小板计数(PLT)及血小板压积(PCT),并分析新生儿肺炎病情与心肌酶谱和血小板功能的相关性.结果:轻症组患儿的CK、CK-MB、LDH以及AST水平均显著低于重症组患儿;轻症组患儿的PDW、MPV以及PCT水平均显著低于重症组患儿,PLT水平显著高于重症组患儿;新生儿肺炎病情与心肌酶谱相关指标CK、CK-MB、LDH以及AST呈正相关,与血小板功能相关指标PDW、MPV和PCT呈正相关,与PLT呈负相关.结论:心肌酶谱和血小板功能相关指标与新生儿肺炎病情关系密切,通过检查心肌酶谱和血小板功能相关指标可以评估患儿的疾病发展情况.
Objective This study was conducted to explore the changes of myocardial enzymes and platelet function in ne-onates with pneumonia,and analyze their correlation with neonatal condition.Methods The clinical data of 96 neonates with pneu-monia admitted to the hospital between October 2018 and September 2021 were collected.Neonates enrolled were divided into se-vere group(45 cases)and mild group(51 cases)according to their own condition..The myocardial enzymes and platelet function-associated indicators,including creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),platelet distribution density(PDW),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet count(PLT)and thrombocytocrit(PCT),were compared among the two group.The correlation of the condition of neonatal pneumonia with myocardial enzymes and platelet function was analyzed.Results The levels of CK,CK-MB,LDH,and AST were significantly lower in the mild group than in the severe group.The PDW,MPV and PCT level in the mild group were significantly lower than those in the severe group,and PLT was significantly higher than that in the severe group.The condition of neonatal pneumonia was positively correlated with CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST,PDW,MPV,PCT,and negatively correlated with PLT.Conclusion Myocardial enzymes and platelet function can be used to diagnose neonatal pneumonia due to their close relationship with the condition of neonatal pneumonia.Myocardial enzymes and platelet function-associated indicators can be used to evaluate development of the disease.
