摘要
目的:探讨饵激光(Er:YAG)和钕激光(Nd:YAG)联合治疗慢性牙周炎疗效.方法:选取慢性牙周炎患者60例,将研究对象随机分为激光治疗组和常规治疗组,每组30例.每例受试者实验前均进行超声龈上洁治和口腔卫生宣教.龈上洁治一周后来进行临床指标检查并给予龈下刮治治疗.常规治疗组患者采用超声加手工龈下刮治平整根面基础治疗,激光治疗组患者则采用EMS超声刮治器龈下刮治后,即进行Nd:YAG和Er:YAG激光联合牙周治疗.比较两组患牙治疗后1、3、6个月的牙龈指数(GI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)的变化.结果:激光治疗组治疗后1、3、6个月的PD、AL、牙龈指数和菌斑指数明显低于常规治疗组.结论:Nd:YAG和Er:YAG激光联合治疗慢性牙周炎是非常有效的方法.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of bait laser in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods 60 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into laser treatment group and routine treatment group.Each subject received ultrasonic supragingival scaling and oral hygiene education before the experiment.After a week of supragingival scaling,clinical indexes were examined and subgingival curettage was given.The patients in the conventional treatment group were treated with ultrasound and manual subgingival curettage,and the patients in the laser treatment group were treated with EMS ultrasonic curettage.After subgingival curettage,they were treated with Nd:YAG and Er:YAG laser combined with periodontal treat-ment.The changes of gingival index(GI),periodontal probing depth(PD)and attachment loss(AL)were compared between the two groups at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment.Results PD,Al,gingival index and plaque index in treatment group were sig-nificantly lower than those in routine treatment group at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment.Conclusion The combination of Nd:YAG and Er:YAG laser is a very effective method for the treatment of chronic periodontitis.
