摘要
研究生党建工作是高校高层次创新人才培养的重要保证。随着高校研究生招生规模的逐步扩大,优化研究生党建工作模式,充分发挥基层党建工作力量,与时俱进地做好新时代高校研究生思想政治教育工作,全面贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,已成为新形势下高校党建工作的重要内容。文章以昆明医科大学药学院研究生第一党支部的具体工作为例,聚焦如何发挥研究生党支部的战斗堡垒作用这一主线,突出问题导向,把握研究生群体特征,以党建促人才培养为思路,围绕立德树人根本任务,积极探索“主题党日+X”模式,融合组织生活与业务工作,从思想引领、学习科研和志愿服务三个方面激发党支部的内生动力,教育和引导研究生党员坚定理想信念、牢记强国使命,充分发挥研究生党员先锋模范和党支部战斗堡垒作用,助推支部工作全面发展。
The Party construction affairs with postgraduates are an important guarantee for the cultivation of highlevel innovative talents in colleges and universities.With the gradual expansion of the scale of graduate enroll⁃ment,it is necessary to optimize the work model of postgraduate Party construction affairs,give full play to the strength of Party construction affairs,keep pace with the times to do a good job in the ideological and political edu⁃cation of graduate students in the new era,and foster virtue through education,which have become the important part of the Party construction affairs in colleges and universities under the new situation.This paper takes the spe⁃cific work of the first Party branch of postgraduate students in the School of Pharmacy of Kunming Medical Univer⁃sity as an example,focuses on how to play the role of the graduate Party branch as a fighting fortress,highlights the problem orientation,grasps the characteristics of the postgraduate students,takes Party construction to pro⁃mote talent training as the idea,fosters virtue through education,explores the effective mode of thematic Party day activities,integrates Party organization meeting and business work,stimulates the endogenous motivation of the Party branch by thought guiding,learning and research and volunteer service activities.The effective mode of the⁃matic Party day activities can educate and guide the graduate Party members to strengthen their ideals and be⁃liefs,keep in mind the mission of strengthening the country,give full play to the role of postgraduate Party mem⁃bers as vanguard models and fighting fortresses of the Party branch,and boost comprehensive development of Party branch affairs for postgraduate students.
