摘要
目的以得率和纯度为指标,对比三种不同的简易方法提取福建牡蛎多糖的效果,以确定较适合采用的福建牡蛎多糖的制备方法。方法选用水提醇沉法、酶解提取法、热碱提取法分别提取福建牡蛎多糖,经干燥称重获得多糖粗品,以牡蛎湿重计算粗得率,经苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,计算纯度。结果采用水提醇沉法提取制备福建牡蛎多糖操作简便,粗得率较高;采用酶提法的粗得率较低,但纯度最高。结论本研究结果可为有效开发利用福建牡蛎多糖提供数据参考,也为福建牡蛎精深加工产业发展给予一定助力。
Objective To compare the effects of three different simple methods on the extraction of Fujian oyster(Crassostrea angulata)polysaccharide with the yield and purity,to determine the more suitable preparation method of Fujian oyster polysaccharide.Methods The polysaccharide of Fujian oyster was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method,enzymatic hydrolysis extraction method and hot alkali extraction method respectively.The crude polysaccharide was obtained by drying and weighing.The crude yield was calculated by oyster wet weight,and the polysaccharide content was determined by phenol sulfuric acid method to calculate the purity.Results The extraction and preparation of Fujian oyster polysaccharide by water extraction and alcohol precipitation was simple and the crude yield was high;the crude enzyme extraction method has the highest purity.Conclusion The results of this study can provide data reference for the effective development and utilization of Fujian oyster polysaccharide,but also contribute to the development of Fujian oyster intensive processing industry.
