摘要
介绍了选煤技术在煤炭清洁高效利用中的重要基础作用,重点阐述了2种典型的湿法选煤先进工艺及其主要的技术工艺特点,并介绍了在国内外选煤厂的应用效果,实践证明不脱泥无压给料三产品重介质旋流器选煤工艺的技术优势和节能降耗优势明显。针对目前我国部分选煤厂仍存在分选精度较低、工艺流程复杂、能耗高等问题,提出应严格限制低精度、高耗能的选煤工艺,大力推广大型、高效、简化、节能的先进选煤工艺和提高新建选煤厂节能降耗标准等建议。
This paper introduces the important basic role of coal preparation technology in the coal clean and efficient utilization,and focuses on two kinds of typical advanced wet coal preparation technology and their main technical charalteristics,and introduces their application effects in coal preparation plants at home and abroad,and the practice shows that the advantages in non-desliming and non-pressure feeding three product dense medium cyclone coal preparation technology and energy saving and consumption reduction are obvious.In view of the problems of low separation accuracy,complex process flow and high energy consumption in some coal preparation plants in China,some suggestions are proposed including strictly limiting the coal preparation processes with low accuracy and high energy consumption,promoting large-scale,efficient,simplified and energy-saving advanced coal preparation processes,and improving the energy saving and consumption reduction standards of new coal preparation plants.
