摘要
                
                    针对乙腈废液纯化工艺过程中存在效率低、能耗高等问题,对比了工业上几种常见的乙腈纯化工艺,优选出产品纯度高、能耗低的精馏-蒸汽渗透工艺,并采用Aspen Plus软件对其进行工艺设计与优化,得出最优工艺参数。
                
                In view of the problems of low efficiency and high energy consumption in the purification process of acetonitrile waste liquid,several common acetonitrile purification processes in industry are compared,and the distillation steam infiltration process with high product purity and low energy consumption is optimized.The process is designed and optimized by Aspen Plus software,and the optimal process parameters are obtained.
