摘要
目的:建立大豆黄卷药材和其炮制品制大豆黄卷饮片HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C 184.6×250 mm,5μm,流动相为乙腈:0.12%甲酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长选择260 nm,柱温:30℃。结果:建立了大豆黄卷及其炮制品制大豆黄卷的指纹图谱,大豆黄卷共标定了12个共有峰,制大豆黄卷标定了13个共有峰,经过对照品比对,指认了6个成分,分别为大豆苷、黄豆黄苷、染料木苷、大豆苷元、黄豆黄素、染料木素。结论:建立的方法重复性良好,特征性强,稳定性强,为大豆黄卷及制大豆黄卷指纹图谱鉴别提供方法学依据。
Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of soybean yellow and processing.Methods:HPLC,chromatcolumn was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C 184.6×250 mm,5μm,flow phase was acetonitrile:0.12%formic acid solution for gradient elution,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength was 260 nm and column temperature was 30℃.Results:The fingerprint of soybean yellow rolls and soybean yellow rolls and artillery products were established A total of 12 peaks soybean yellow roll were calibrated for.and 13peaks were calibratel for soybean yellow rolls.After comparison,identified 6 components,respectively,soybean side,soybean yellow side,genisside,soybean side,soybean huangtein,genistein.Conclusion:The established fingerprint mapping method is very repetitive,characteristic and stable,which provides a technical basis for the fingerprint identification and quality control of soybean yellow volume and soybean yellow volume.
