摘要
目的观察睑板腺按摩结合熏眼、持续护理质量改进优化睑板腺功能障碍所致脂质缺乏型干眼症患者的护理效果。方法选取2021年1~12月在我院接受治疗的120例睑板腺功能障碍所致脂质缺乏型干眼症患者作为观察对象,根据护理方法的不同将所有患者平均分为两组,其中对照组60例患者均予以常规护理干预,观察组60例患者则在对照组基础上实施睑板腺按摩结合熏眼、持续护理质量改进干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果在护理干预后两组患者的生活质量评分均有一定改善,且观察组患者的改善情况显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。在护理干预后两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均有一定改善,且观察组患者的改善情况显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。两组患者护理干预之后NIBUT显著升高,CFS评分、睑板腺评分均显著降低,且观察组患者护理后NIBUT显著高于对照组患者,CFS评分、睑板腺评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗效果显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后复发率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论应用睑板腺按摩结合熏眼、持续护理质量模式对睑板腺功能障碍所致脂质缺乏型干眼症患者的护理效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of meibomian gland massage combined with smoked eye and continuous nursing quality improvement to optimize the care effect of lipid deficiency dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,120 patients with lipid deficiency dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction were selected as observation objects,and all patients were evenly divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,of which 60 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and 60 patients in the observation group were subjected to meibom gland massage combined with smoked eye and continuous nursing quality improvement intervention on the basis of the control group,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After the nursing intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups were improved to a certain extent,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were improved to a certain extent,and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the NIBUT of the two groups of patients was significantly increased,and the CFS score and meibomian gland score were significantly decreased,and the NIBUT of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the CFS score and the meibomian gland score were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of meibomian gland massage combined with smoked eye and continuous care quality mode has a significant nursing effect on patients with lipid deficiency dry eye disease caused by meibomian gland dysfunction.
