摘要
设备振动是工程中常见问题.振动量如果超过允许范围,机械设备将产生较大的动载荷和噪声,从而影响其工作性能和使用寿命,严重时会导致零部件的早期失效.在设计上,设备振动过大主要是由于设备固有频率与工作频率接近,引起共振.本文利用ANSYS分析软件对某制冷器进行谐响应分析,并将分析结果与模态试验结果进行对比.从设计上分析设备振动过大的原因,为设备减振提供参考.
Equipment vibration is a common problem in engineering.If the vibration amount exceeds the allowable range,the mechanical equipment will produce large dynamic loadand noise,whichwill affect its performance and service life,and lead to early failure ofparts inserious cases.In the design,the large vibrationmainly because the natural frequency of the equipment is close to the working frequency and resonance occurs.In this paper,ANSYS software is used to analyze the harmonic response of a refrigerator,and the analysis results arecompared with modal test results.This paper analyzes the causes of excessive vibration of equipment,and provides reference for vibration reduction transformation.
