摘要
中国专利文献的申请号、文献号、文献种类标识代码可视为一件专利申请的“身份证号码”,本研究结合目前我国专利文献的出版现状,对照三个知识产权行业标准,对专利文献编号的特殊情况进行举例说明,提出了改进建议,希冀中国专利文献更加“有章可循”,同时便于公众更准确全面地掌握专利信息,促进科学技术的进步和社会发展。
The application number、the publication number and patent kind code can be seem as the identification of one patent application. Combined with the current publishing situation of patent documents in China and compared with three intellectual property industry standards, this paper illustrates the special situation of patent document numbering, and puts forward improvement suggestions, hoping that Chinese patent documents will be more "rule-based", which is convenient for the public to grasp patent information more accurately and comprehensively, and promote the progress of science and technology and social development.
