摘要
火灾的发生与生产经营活动、日常生活中的火电油气使用密切相关,随着经济社会的快速发展,城市化进程的不断加快,同时化工企业与石油企业存在的消防安全隐患也不断增加,火灾及其他安全事故发生率扩大,如果没有正确规范地使用仪器设备或生产工艺,则会对企业生产及人员安全造成巨大的威胁和损害。因此,在城市规模扩建的同时,要加强内部消防监督检查力度,组建专门的巡检队伍,有效排查潜在的火灾隐患,创建和谐稳定的城市环境,为城市经济可持续发展奠定坚实的基础条件。文章从多个层面论述分析存在的问题,并提出一些针对性的措施。
The occurrence of fire is closely related to production and operation activities and the use of thermal power oil and gas in daily life.With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the potential fire safety hazards in chemical and petroleum enterprises are also increasing,and the incidence of fire and other safety accidents is expanding.If there is no correct use of equipment or production process,it will cause great threat and damage to enterprise production and personnel safety.Therefore,in the expansion of the city,we should strengthen the internal fire supervision and inspection,set up a special inspection team,effectively investigate potential fire hazards,create a harmonious and stable city municipal environment and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of urban economy.This paper discusses and analyzes the existing problems from several levels,and puts forward some targeted measures.
