摘要
京张高铁官厅水库特大桥主桥段位于350 km/h高速行车段落,采用多孔曲弦钢桁梁桥式。该桥的景观照明设计需解决照明效果难以表现、灯具安装要求高、灯光易干扰行车等一系列难点。为达到理想的照明效果,从照明设计总体构思出发,采用以线性光源勾勒桥梁轮廓,辅以投光灯配合点亮的照明表现形式:在桥梁上弦杆设置线性洗墙灯重点表现桥梁拱形结构;上平联设置宽光束投光灯,以内部发光手法照亮桥梁腹杆结构;桥墩处通过宽光束投光灯实现外立面的整体照明。利用变幻的多色彩灯光表现,设计出多个有机衔接的富有文化内涵的桥梁动态照明主题效果,并通过基于DMX512协议的智能照明控制系统实现区域控制、模式控制、定时控制。研究表明,桥梁照明采用LED光源,并设置不同的场景模式,节能效率可达50%以上。同时,通过对灯具的安装构件和固定方式进行创新,充分保障灯具安装的可靠性。
The main bridge of extra-long bridge over Guanting Reservoir for Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway is a multi-span curved steel truss which is located at the section with design speed 350 km/h.A series of difficulties such as the lighting effect performance,lamps installation and light interference during the operation should be solved in the bridge landscape lighting design.In order to achieve the ideal lighting effect,the designer started from the general conception of lighting design,used linear light source to illuminate the outline of bridge,supplemented by the floodlights to illuminate other structural parts.The linear wall lamps were set on the upper chord to show the arched structure;the wide beam floodlights were set under the top lateral bracing to illuminate web member with internal transmission lighting;the wide beam floodlights were set on the pier to light the external facade.The changeable multicolor lighting was used to present several interconnected dynamic lighting themes with rich cultural connotation,which can be controlled by using intelligent lighting control system based on DMX512 protocol to achieve the area control,mode control and timing control.Research shows that the energy saving efficiency can reach more than 50%by application of LED light source and setting different scene modes.Furthermore,the installation components and fixing methods of lamps were innovatively designed to fully guarantee the reliability of lamp installation.
