摘要
为了消除金属材料在加工过程中产生的残余应力,研究设计一种基于LabVIEW的振动时效控制及管理系统,用振动时效的办法,对构件加循环载荷,使之产生塑性变形,降低残余应力。由于振动时效设备昂贵,系统设计了一种设备租赁使用方式,来远程控制进行时效操作。该系统由控制端、云平台和客户端组成,利用无线通讯模块连接控制端与客户端。控制端由LabVIEW编写上位机软件来实现系统管理、信号采集、信号输出、时效分析等功能。客户端由物联网网关模块、FPGA+ARM数据采集板、电机控制电路以及激振器组成,实现一种高自动化、高效且稳定可靠的振动时效系统。
In order to eliminate the residual stress generated in the processing of metal materials,this paper studies and designs a vibratory stress relief control and management system based on LabVIEW.By using the method of vibratory stress relief,cyclic load is added to the components to produce plastic deformation and reduce the residual stress.At the same time,due to the expensive vibratory stress relief equipment,this system designs a way of equipment leasing.To remotely control time effective operation,the system is composed of control end,cloud platform and client.The wireless communication module is used to connect the control end and client.The upper computer software is compiled by LabVIEW to realize the functions of system management,signal acquisition,signal output,time effect analysis and so on.The client is composed of Internet of things gateway module,FPGA+ARM data acquisition board,motor control circuit and vibration exciter to realize a highly automated,efficient,stable and reliable vibratory stress relief system.
