摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,数字乡村建设已成为农业经济高质量发展的重要推动力。作为数字技术在农业领域的具体实践,智慧农业建设已成为支撑新时代我国农业农村现代化发展的基础。基于数字乡村建设背景发展智慧农业,能够激发乡村数字产业活力、推动乡村人才振兴、奠定乡村生态发展基石、提升乡村生产效率。经过多年的建设,我国智慧农业已形成了生产层的园区运营模式、流通层的电子商务模式、设施层的科技创新模式、服务层的政企合作模式等典型发展模式。针对智慧农业发展中面临的大数据应用管理水平较低、数字化人才缺口突出、软硬件基础设施建设滞后、精细化政策引导不够完善等问题,应从强化智慧农业技术推广与应用、推进智慧农业人才培养与下沉、加强智慧农业设施建设与发展、推动智慧农业政策制定与落实等方面入手解决,赋能智慧农业建设。
With the rapid development of information technology,digital village construction has become an important driving force for the high-quality development of agricultural economy.As a specific practice of digital technology in the agricultural field,the construction of smart agriculture has become the foundation to support the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in China in the new era.The development of smart agriculture based on the background of digital village construction can stimulate the vitality of rural digital industries,promote the revitalization of rural talents,lay the foundation for rural ecological development,and improve rural production efficiency.After years of construction,China's smart agriculture has formed typical development modes,such as the park operation mode at the production level,the e-commerce mode at the distribution level,the scientific and technological innovation mode at the facility level,and the government-enterprise cooperation mode at the service level.In view of the problems faced in the development of smart agriculture,such as the low level of big data application management,the shortage of digital talents,the lag in the construction of software and hardware infrastructure,and the imperfect guidance of refined policies,we should strengthen the promotion and application of smart agricultural technology and promote the cultivation and practice of smart agricultural talents,strengthen the construction and development of smart agricultural facilities,and promote the formulation and implementation of smart agricultural policies,which will empower the construction of smart agriculture.
