一座大跨径斜拉-悬索协作体系桥梁的结构特色与关键技术 被引量:4

摘要 博斯普鲁斯海峡三桥为世界首座跨度超千米的公铁两用斜拉-悬索协作体系桥梁。该桥主跨1408 m,桥面宽58.5 m,主缆垂跨比为1/6.5。在横桥向双索面斜拉索与双主缆的吊杆位于不同平面,在纵立面其交叉过渡段的长度为250 m。桥塔采用沉井基础,A字形钢筋混凝土塔身。边跨由预应力混凝土箱梁、地锚梁和锚碇三部分组成,中跨为流线形钢箱梁,通过外置大行程阻尼器提高斜拉索阻尼,支座采用改进的摩擦摆减隔震支座。在主梁施工方案上,先完成斜拉部分的悬臂,再向跨中逐节悬吊主梁,通过在最外2根斜拉索处设置2根临时吊杆,来调节后续施工中梁段与吊杆的内力状态。专题研究包括抗风性能、斜拉索力学性能和阻尼器长效性试验等。 The Third Bosphorus Bridge is the world’s first rail-road combined cable-stayed suspension bridge with a main span of over 1000 m.The length of the main span is 1408 m,the width of the deck is 58.5 m and the main cables sag-to-span ratio is 1/6.55.In cross-wise,the double cable stays and the hangers of the double main cables are located in separated planes.In elevation,the length of transition zone is 250 m,in which the two cable-supported systems collaborate.The towers are A-shaped reinforced concrete structures,which are supported by the caisson foundations.The side span is mainly composed of three parts:side deck,approach block and anchorage block.The main girder uses streamlined boxes,which is supported by pendulum isolator bearings.Large-stroke external dampers are set to improve the cable’s resistance.In the erection scheme of the main girder,the cable-stayed part is completed by cantilever construction first.From the cantilever part to the center,each segment is fully welded to the previous one,and the two first segments are hanged by temporary hangers which are adjusted to improve the internal force of the deck and hangers.Research projects include wind resistance,cable mechanical properties and long-term damper test.
