摘要
目的探讨多阶段健康宣教对面部松弛下垂、轮廓欠佳患者整形修复术后的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年11月河南省人民医院收治的83例面部松弛下垂、轮廓欠佳患者,根据入院顺序分为对照组(41例)和观察组(42例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上接受多阶段健康宣教。对比两组健康知识知晓度、不同时间疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分及护理满意度。结果观察组健康知识知晓度[97.62%(41/42)]高于对照组[80.49%(33/41)](P<0.05);出院时观察组ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);术后24 h,观察组VAS、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度[100.00%(42/42)]高于对照组[82.93%(34/41)](P<0.05)。结论多阶段健康宣教可改善接受整形修复术面部松弛下垂、轮廓欠佳患者的负性情绪,提高健康知识知晓度,缓解疼痛感,改善患者自护能力,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of multi-stage health education in patients with facial sagging and poor contour after plastic repair.Methods A total of 83 patients with facial sagging and poor contour in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2019 to November 2021 were selected and divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(42 cases)according to the order of admission.The control group accepted routine nursing care,and the observation group accepted multi-stage health education on the basis of control group.The health knowledge awareness,pain level at different time[visual analogue scale(VAS)],negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SDS)],exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness of health knowledge of the observation group[97.62%(41/42)]was higher than that[80.49%(33/41)]of the control group(P<0.05).The ESCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at the time of discharge(P<0.05).The VAS,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 24 hours after operation(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group[100.00%(42/42)]was higher than that[82.93%(34/41)]of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-stage health education can improve the negative emotions of patients with facial sagging and poor contour after plastic repair,improve health knowledge awareness,relieve pain,improve self-care ability of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
