基于探测技术的底板构造区注浆加固效果评价 被引量:6

摘要 构造区注浆加固效果评价技术对于煤矿安全开采具有重要意义,注浆效果检测是保证注浆工程达到要求的重要环节,同时,为丰富注浆效果评价技术。以山西某矿构造区加固工程作为试验矿井,采用物探技术、分段注水、钻孔电视的综合探测方法对注浆效果进行评价,并对工作面回采涌水量进行监测,提出构造区注浆效果综合探测评价表。研究结果表明:注浆后异常区范围大幅度减少,视电阻率明显升高;注浆后地层裂隙被充填,裂隙宽度主要以小于1 mm为主;注浆后地层钻孔渗透系数保持在10-5等级以下;工作面涌水量小于工作面排水能力。实现工作面的安全回采,对于构造区注浆加固工程具有重要的借鉴意义。 The evaluation technology of the grouting reinforcement effect in the structural area is of great significance for the coal mine safety mining.The grouting effect detection is an important link to ensure that the grouting project meets the requirements,and in order to enrich the grouting effect evaluation technology.With the reinforcement project of a mine construction area in Shanxi Province as the test mine,the comprehensive detection method of material exploration technology,segmented water injection and drilling TV was evaluated the grouting effect,and the water inflow on the working surface was monitored,and the comprehensive detection and evaluation table of the grouting effect of the construction area is put forward.The research results show that the range of abnormal area is significantly reduced after grouting,and the visual resistivity is significantly increased;the crack width is mainly less than 1 mm;the drilling permeability of the formation remains below 10-5;the water inflow on the working surface is less than the drainage capacity of the working surface.The safe recovery of the working surface is of great significance for the grouting reinforcement project in the construction area.
