摘要
餐饮废油作为餐厨垃圾处理过程中的产物二次食用对人类健康产生的潜在危害是众所周知的。经研究发现,餐饮废油中的成分与传统制备脂肪酸类捕收剂的原料的成分相近。通过预处理、皂化、酸化等步骤,进而合成制备出JZQ-F,红外光谱研究表明,JZQ-F是脂肪酸和脂肪酸盐的混合物,结构中含有不饱和C=O双键,在铁矿石反浮选脱氟试验中,获得了良好的浮选闭路试验指标:铁精矿中铁品位达到67.31%,铁回收率96.50%,氟品位降低到0.36%。
It is well known that hogwash oil,as a product of kitchen waste treatment process,has potential harm to human health when reused.Study found that composition of hogwash oil is similar to composition of raw material of traditional preparation fatty acids collector.JZQ-F is produced by steps of pretreatment and saponification and acidification.Infrared spectrum research shows that JZQ-F collector is a mixture of fatty acids and fatty acid salt and its structure containing unsaturated double C=O.In iron ore reverse flotation tests,JZQ-F collector has a better flotation closed-circuit test index,including Fe grade in iron concentrate is 67.31%,and Fe recovery in iron concentrate is 96.50%,and F grade in iron concentrate is 0.36%.
