                    采用聚四氢呋喃醚二元醇(PTMG-1000)和聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL-1000)作为混合软段,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)及1,4-丁二醇(BDO)作为硬段,并通过全氟己基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯改性制备了水性含氟聚氨酯乳液(WFPUA)。研究了含氟单体用量对乳液稳定性、胶膜耐水性以及织物防水性能的影响。结果表明:随着含氟单体用量的增加,WFPUA胶膜的水接触角随之增大,当含氟单体质量分数达到25%时,胶膜水接触角达到119.9°,吸水率仅为10.05%,处理过的织物沾水等级高达4~5级。
                
                A polyurethane(PU)prepolymer was synthesized using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as hard segments,poly(tetrahydrofuran)diol(PTMG-1000)and polycarbonate diol(PCDL-1000)as soft segments.Then,a series of waterborne fluorinated polyurethane-acrylate(WFPUA)materials were prepared by the modification of 2-(perfluorohexyl)ethyl acrylate.We investigated the effects of fluorine-containing monomer amounts on emulsion stability,water resistance of the membrane,and water repellency of the fabric.As the results shown,the contact angle of WFPUA membrane increased with the increasing amount of fluorine containing monomer.When the mass fraction of fluorine-containing monomer reached 25%,the contact angle and water absorption rate of the membrane were 119.9°and 10.05%,respectively.And the water proof level of the treated fabric was 4-5.
