摘要
蓄热式热氧化炉(RTO)在精细化工行业中的应用越来越广泛,其主要作用是通过氧化燃烧工业废气中的VOCs达到净化尾气的目的。阐述了RTO系统的工作原理及其技术的发展趋势,通过对国内几起RTO系统运行中的爆炸和燃烧事故进行总结,对RTO系统的安全性及事故原因进行了分析。介绍了劣质渣油催化临氢热转化催化剂生产过程中副产的一氧化碳气体通过RTO系统燃烧处理的工艺流程,提出了提高RTO系统处理一氧化碳废气安全性的多项措施,确保RTO系统的安全稳定运行。
Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO)system is increasingly used in the fine chemical industry,and its main role is to purify the exhaust gas by oxidative combustion of VOCs in industrial waste gas.This paper expounds the working principles of RTO system and the development trend of its technology.It analyzes the safety of RTO system and the causes of accidents by summarizing several explosion and combustion accidents in the operation of RTO system in China.The paper introduces the process flow of combustion treatment of carbon monoxide gas which is by product during the production of poor quality residual oil catalytic pro-hydrogen thermal conversion catalyst through RTO system.It proposes several measures to improve the safety of carbon monoxide waste gas treatment in RTO system to ensure the safe and stable operation of RTO system.
