苏里格气田水处理系统管线腐蚀因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着苏里格气田开发进入中后期,采出水处理系统管线腐蚀现象频繁发生,集输管线腐蚀不仅会大幅度缩减管线的服役寿命,同时会增大天然气生产的运营成本和安全环保压力,亟需开展相关实验对其腐蚀因素和规律进行深入研究。本文综合苏里格气田采出水水质特点,开展了管线腐蚀挂片试验,分析了采出水中的含氧量、硫酸盐还原菌含量、Cl^(-)浓度、悬浮物、含油物质、pH值、流速及振动对管线腐蚀的影响,并在此基础上总结和归纳了各个参数的腐蚀规律,指出了今后现场采出水管线防腐的工作重点,对保障处理厂稳定运行和提升气田开发整体水平具有重要意义。 With the development of Sulige Gas Field in the middle and late stage,the pipeline corrosion of produced water treatment system occurs frequently.The corrosion of gathering and transmission pipeline will not only greatly reduce the service life of the pipeline,but also increase the operation cost and safety and environmental protection pressure of natural gas production.It is urgent to carry out relevant experiments and conduct in-depth research on its corrosion factors and laws.Combined with the water quality characteristics of produced water from Sulige Gas Field,this paper carried out indoor pipeline corrosion hanging film experiment,analyzed the effects of oxygen content,sulfate reducing bacteria content,chloride ion concentration,suspended solids,oily substances,the pH value,flow rate and vibration in produced water on pipeline corrosion,and summarized and summarized the corrosion laws of various parameters,It is pointed out that the focus of corrosion prevention of on-site produced water pipeline in the future is of great significance to ensure the stable operation of the treatment plant and improve the overall level of gas field development.
