医疗器械研发阶段具有专业要求高、小批量、定制化、安全性高、项目复杂程度高、研发周期长等特点。为满足医疗卫生行业对重要医疗器械的需求,降低医疗器械研发和运营成本,医疗器械管理部门对供应商的选择需要更加谨慎。聚焦C医疗器械公司,剖析该公司在供应商评估和选择过程中存在的问题,为C公司研发阶段供应商的选择提供科学有效的方法,以帮助C公司供应商管理水平的提高,同时为同行企业供应商评估和选择提供参考。
The R&D stage of medical devices has the characteristics of high professional requirements,small batch,customization,high safety,high project complexity and long R&D cycle.In order to meet the needs of medical health industry for important medical devices and reduce R&D and operation costs,the medical device management department needs to be more cautious in the selection of suppliers.This paper focuses on C medical device company,and analyzes the problems existing in the process of supplier evaluation and selection,provides a scientific and effective method for the supplier selection in R&D stage of C enterprise,which helps to improve the supplier management level of C enterprise,and provides a reference of supplier evaluation and selection for peer enterprises.
