摘要
步入科学技术高速发展的新时代之后,各种现代化信息技术均得到不断升级和广泛应用,智能化顺理成章地成为社会各个方面发展的总体趋势,在诸多原因的共同影响下,我国的水土流失、水资源污染等问题迟迟得不到有效改善,因此必须有效推进水利领域的高水平发展,智慧水利概念的出现,为水利领域指明了实现高水平发展的有效途径,而水利信息化系统则是开展智慧水利建设的基本条件,基于此,本文就以水利信息化系统规划建设为核心进行分析探讨。
After entering the new era of rapid development of science and technology,various modern information technologies have been continuously upgraded and widely used,and intelligentization has accordingly become the general trend of the development of all aspects of society.Under the joint influence of many reasons,soil erosion,water pollution and other problems in China have not been effectively improved for a long time,so it is necessary to effectively promote the high-level development of the water conservancy field.The emergence of the concept of smart water conservancy points out an effective way to achieve high-level development in the field of water conservancy,and the water conservancy informatization system is the basic condition for the construction of smart water conservancy.Based on this condition,this article analyzes the planning and construction of the water conservancy informatization system as the core.
