摘要
本文选取中国大陆学者2020年在公共管理学科英文期刊发表的中国主题论文进行分析和评估,揭示中国公共管理研究的进展、热点和趋势。评估内容包括论文出处、作者特征、合作情况、署名顺序、研究主题、研究方法、具体分析技术、数据类型等方面。研究发现,在作者的一般特征、研究方法、具体分析技术和数据类型这几个方面,2020年的结果与2019年保持一致;而在研究主题方面,2020年发表的论文更多地关注网络和治理领域。通过评估发现,公私合作与政商关系、跨部门协作与协同治理、政策过程中的理论创新、中国特色的官僚制、比较研究视角和方法创新等是当前研究的热点,本文重点阐述了这些主题的最新研究进展及其启示。
This article analyzes and evaluates Chinese scholars’ 2020 publications in English-language journals that are included in the Social Science Citation Index(SSCI). The following are evaluated: the journals, characteristics of the authors, cooperation among the authors, position of the authors, research topics, research methods, analytical methods, and data types. The findings reveal that 2019 and 2020 were consistent in terms of the authors’ general characteristics, research methods, analytical methods, and data types. However, in terms of research topics, in 2020 more attention was paid to the field of networking and governance. On the basis of the evaluations, our article focuses on the latest research progress on public-private cooperation and government-business relations, cross-sectoral collaborations, theoretical innovations in the policy process, bureaucracy with Chinese characteristics, comparative research perspectives, and innovations in methods. The article highlights the latest advances in research on these topics and their implications.
