摘要
以一种电动汽车动力电池热管理系统保温装置为研究对象,针对寒区电动汽车动力电池热管理系统能量利用效率不高的问题,设计一种适用于低温环境下具备“百叶窗式”保温箱的动力电池热管理系统,并针对此系统设计一种有效实现集散热-预热-保温功能于一体的动力电池热管理系统控制策略,力图为寒区电动汽车动力电池热管理系统高效节能的运行提供一种设计参考。当前动力电池能量密度等参数很难在短时间内大幅提高的背景下,高效合理的利用现有能源,对于增加电动汽车续驶里程,更大范围地在寒区推广电动汽车具有重要意义。
The thermal insulation device of an electric vehicle power battery thermal management system is taken as the research object. Aiming at the problem of low energy utilization efficiency of the electric vehicle power battery thermal management system in cold areas, a power battery thermal management system with "louver window" insulation box is designed for low temperature environment. Aiming at this system, a control strategy of power battery thermal management system which can effectively realize the functions of collecting and dispersive heat, preheating and insulation is designed to provide a design reference for the efficient and energy-saving operation of the power battery thermal management system of electric vehicles in cold regions. Under the background of the current power battery energy density and other parameters being difficult to improve significantly in a short time, efficient and reasonable use of existing energy is of great significance for increasing the driving range of electric vehicles and promoting electric vehicles in a wider range in cold areas.
