摘要
为研究我国海洋油气平台建设过程中标准应用情况,对典型海洋油气平台的标准使用情况进行了数据统计和分析。分析结果表明在主要涉及技术标准方面,欧美标准仍占据主导地位。我国应在标准体系完整性、关键设计技术和核心设备标准建设方面加大投入。
In order to study the application of standards in building the offshore oil and gas platforms in China,the statistical analysis is carried out on the typical Chinese offshore oil platforms.The findings show that western standards are still dominant players in design technology and China needs to increase investment in the aspects of developing a sound standards system,key design technology and core equipment standardization.
