摘要
指出对线上限时配送的订单分配策略的研究,有助于减少消费者等待时间,降低综合成本,提高订单配送的满意度。简述了电商平台订单分配策略,建立了以综合成本为目标函数的物流配送订单分配策略数学模型,通过一个数值算例,使用Mat lab进行求解获得了最优分配结果。
In this paper,we pointed out that research on order allocation strategies of online time-limited delivery was helpful to reduce consumers'waiting time and the overall delivery cost,and improve customer satisfaction of the delivery service.Then,we briefly described the order allocation strategy of the e-commerce platform and established a mathematical model of logistics order allocation strategy with comprehensive cost as the objective function.Finally,we used Mat Lab to solve a numerical example to obtain the optimal allocation result.
